Admission Requirements

General information
LIMITED ENROLLMENT
Enrollments are limited, due to our policy for keeping our classes small. ABC de’ Conti may not accept further enrollment if the number of students are predicted to exceed the maximum number foreseen.
Notice: Enrollment is not valid until required documents arrive to ABC de’ Conti, ABC de’ Conti’ s offices world wide or the Information Center, along with the confirmation of enrollment fee payment.
COURSE CANCELLATION
ABC de’ Conti reserves the right to cancel the courses prior to course commencement, as particular conditions for such neccessities arise. In such cases, students who already registered in a course that is canceled will be notified by telephone or mail, and should be asked whether they wish to transfer to another course or prefer a full refund.

Application Procedures
1. Complete the ABC de’ Conti application form and fax it to ABC de’ Conti, ABC de’ Conti’ s office or Information Centers.
2. Pay the enrollment fee (See Payment Procedures)
3.Mail the required original documents (*see Required Documents) to ABC de’ Conti, ABC de’ Conti’s office or Information Center.
4. ACCADEMIA RIACI receives your required documents, then, within 30 days ABC de’ Conti will let you know if you are accepted for the course you requested. If you are not accepted, ABC de’ Conti refund the enrollment fee you paid.
5. Pay the tuition fee (See Payment Procedures) by 30 days before the course starts. After ABC de’ Conti confirms your payment, the student will receive a “Certificate of Enrollment” via postal mail.
Note: When applying to ABC de’ Conti, the student commits to agree and accept the coditions stated in the GENERAL CONDITION TO THE ENROLLMENT IN THE COURSES of ABC de’ Conti. Those who cannot agree will be rejected, and the amount paid will not be refundable.

– An International Postal / Money Order or a copy of the enrollment fee of wire transfers.
– 4 passport photos (3cmX4cm)
– Photocopy of your passport

Payment Procedures
Fees may be paid exclusively by international postal / money order or a money transfer, directly to either ACCADEMIA RIACI or the Information Center.

Payment Deadlines*

1. Enrollment Fee: By a week from the notice of successful admission to ABC de’ Conti.
2. Remaining Fees: By 30 days prior to the course commencement date.
Other Short Programs (Programs from 1 week to 3 months)
1. Enrollment Fee: Simultaneous to the submission of the Admission
2. Remaining Fees: By 30 days prior to the course commencement date.
*N.B.-Please be sure to send a copy of the transaction confirmation from your bank after completion of each wire transfer.
International Postal / Money Order
Please send an international postal / money order to ABC de’ Conti, ABC de’ Conti’ s office Information Center.
Wire Transfer
If a parent or a relative is transferring money for a student, please mark the name of the student clearly on the transfer statement. Please fax a copy of receipt to ABC de’ Conti or the Information Center.

Withdrawal and Refund
The enrollment fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, unless in cases where your enrollment has been rejected by the school.. A refund of the tuition fee will be made of only in case the Administrative Secretary Office receives an official withdrawal letter. The percentage of the fees reimbursed in that case are as follows:
– 90 days prior to the beginning of the courses: 100%
– 60 days prior to the beginning of the courses: 50%
– A day prior to the beginning of the courses: 30%
– After the courses starts: No refund
Note:Refunds for any change or cancellation of the courses will NOT be available, once a student has been legally admitted into Italy as a student at ABC de’ Conti. The same conditions apply for students who have been issued with an Admission Certificate; a crucial document for the Italian Student Visa application.
